2007 Regional Series Margaret River Cabernet Merlot

Capel Vale's REGIONAL SERIES of wines come from select grape varieties grown for optimum quality on our vineyards situated in the 3 coolest wine regions of Western Australia.

Margaret River cabernet and merlot were fermented in individual batches before ageing in French oak. It was then assembled to achieve maximal complexity and aromas with the small addition of petit verdot. The complex lifted aromatics follow to a rich fleshy palate with good length and soft tannin finish.
