NV Chardonnay Pinot Noir

Our DEBUT series of ready to drink wines are designed to present the optimal fruit characters from each variety of grape, grown in its most suitable vineyards in cool climate Western Australia.

This non vintage methode champagnoise sparkling wine is a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. Portions of the wine are barrel fermented to add complexity, leaving it with fine, long lasting bubbles and a biscuity and toasty character. A wine for THE occasion!
