2008 Debut Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Our DEBUT series of ready to drink wines are designed to present the optimal fruit characters from each variety of grape, grown in its most suitable vineyards in cool climate Western Australia.

This attractive traditional blend displays lively aromas of freshly cut grass, pink grapefruit, passionfruit and gooseberries. The primary fruit complexity in the mid palate maintains interest from start to finish, providing a rounded, balanced yet textured series of flavours reminiscent of lemon, fruit salad and figs. A cleansing crisp finish enhances it enjoyment with many styles of food.
