2007 Debut Shiraz

Our DEBUT series of ready to drink wines are designed to present the optimal fruit characters from each variety of grape, grown in its most suitable vineyards in cool climate Western Australia.

This gold medal wine provides a mouthful of red berry and black pepper flavours skillfully balanced with spicy French and vanillin American oak. Co-fermentation with a small percentage of Viognier has produced exotic aromas and a silky texture. Debut Shiraz is a stylish and elegant wine with gentle tannins and excellent varietal characters. Great to drink with friends and accompanies many food flavours.
