2005 Pemberton Pinot Noir

Capel Vale's CELLAR EXCLUSIVE wines are limited releases of exceptional varietal wines, developed at the "cutting edge" of viticulture in the cool climate vineyards of Western Australia married with modern wine making techniques used to exemplify the unique flavours and aromas from these grapes.

Pinot Noir from Pemberton epitomises the best of this variety, with aromas ranging from game to delicate berry fruit to forest floor. The velvety mouth-feel is light yet complex with some toasty oak characters from maturation in French oak barrels making this wine an excellent accompaniment to light meat dishes or with ripe cheeses.
