Made from Cabernet, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec this Bordeaux-style blend is probably the best Capel Vale red wine I have had the pleasure to try. It's deep crimson colour and cinnamon and vanilla aromas prepare you for the soft textured mouth feel with red berry fruit, dark forest floor and wooden undertones and a bright, vanilla-heavy, long and satisfying finish. This is a most appealing young red and if you're visiting Capel Vale a must buy!
