Orange jubes, honeysuckle and lemon-sherbet aromas leaped from the glass, followed by a steely dry palate, loaded with refreshing citrus acidity. Mt Barker, in deep south WA, produces outstanding Riesling fruit and this is sure to enhance the region's reputation. Try it with something light, spicy and Thai.
